15 Day Books Challenge - Day 5

Day 5- Guilty pleasure book

Ahh thats a tough one… I guess…and Im ashamed to say it, it might be twilight. Though I havnt read it in almost a year, so it might be even more crap than I remember (though that would be hard to beat)…

The thing is, if you look past the awful, awful grammar, flat, faceless characters, lack of any decent plot, rediculous ‘romance’, stupid horrible ‘vampires’, and the fact the whole saga is just some creepy ladies perverted fantasy about 2 teenage boys, you can just slightly, if you try reeeeeeally hard, bring yourself to enjoy it. Only a little bit though.

Plus, its the only set of books I feel guilty about still having on my shelves and not burning.

15 Day Books Challenge - Day 4

Day 4- Your favorite book from your childhood

Hmm… There were a few… But I think the one I enjoyed most was the Andalite Chronicles. I read it in year 4 and 5, and loved it. May have to try and find it again, havnt read it in years! Also need to do some Andalite fanart. Those guys are cool :D

Oh, and I know this is a day late, but my interwebs broked yesterday :(

So, my talented photographer friend Ashleigh needed a model for her latest photoshoot, and picked me! I was originally going to have to hold a dead bird, which I would then be allowed to keep, but she wasnt able to get hold of it :( Still, the photoshoot was fun, and I think some of the photos were pretty awesome!

And, hopefully Ash will get tumblr soon, so she can put all her photos up :D

Day 3- Your favorite author and favorite book by them

Hmm…Well, I dont know if I have a single favourite author as such, I just have several authors I love, but I guess I do really love Margeret Weiss and Tracy Hickmans Death Gate Saga. Those books are pretty damn awesome. Might have to read them again soon…

Heres an old picture I drew of Alfred slaying the wolfen that tries to slay Marit. I did colour it, but I cant find the file anywhere :L ignore the watermark, I had to copy it from DA cos I couldnt find the lineart file either XD
